January 2025 Instant Tea Imports

Data from the US Census Bureau (GATS) was recently published regarding US instant tea imports for January 2025.

 

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE

• YTD world total imports are UP 27.5% over the previous year
• YTD imports from China are UP 28.0% over 2024
• YTD imports from India are DOWN 21.9%
• Avg $/Kg are DOWN 15.5%, 14.5% and 18.4%, respectively, for China, India, and World Total.
