June 2025 Instant Tea Imports

Data from the US Census Bureau (GATS) was recently published regarding US instant tea imports for June 2025.

 

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE

• YTD world total imports are UP 1.6% over the previous year
• YTD imports from China represent 42.0% of total imports compared to 28.2% from India
• Avg June $/Kg imports was $3.31 for China, $6.49 for India, and $5.85 for World Total average
• Average prices DROPPED 47.6% for China, 7.0% for India, and 20.9% for World Total compared to June 2024
