July 2025 Instant Tea Imports

Data from the US Census Bureau (GATS) was recently published regarding US instant tea imports for July 2025.

 

HIGHLIGHTS INCLUDE

• YTD world total imports are UP 2.0% over the previous year
• YTD imports from China represent 43.1% of total imports compared to 27.1% from India
• Avg July $/Kg imports was $4.12 for China, $7.01 for India, and $5.79 for World Total average
• Average prices DROPPED 18.6% for China, 0.4% for India, and 12.7% for World Total compared to July 2024
