Organic Lapsang Souchong is famous for one thing- its signature smoky character. The process for creating the familiar, classic tea notes includes drying the tea leaves over smoldering pine. This imparts that unmistakable tarry, smoky richness. Black teas like organic lapsang souchong have mild caffeine levels and contain antioxidant polyphenols and l-theanine amino acids.
